Roasted is a health food/lifestyle publication (digital and print) that aims to challenge the reader on what it means for them to eat healthy. Roasted features recipes that are inclusive to any diet, and interviews designed to inspire self-inquiry in not only the interviewee, but the reader as well. Through these processes, Roasted attempts to create a dialogue about the inherent individuality of each person’s diet and health.
